Meditation Balanced is an invitation back to self via meditation, breathwork, movement and ayurvedic wisdom.

At meditation Balanced we focus on an intergrated approach, engaging multiple Yoga-Vedantic teachings to enrich your daily life, empowering you to live with more clarity, creativity and consciousness.

​

Our foundational practice is meditation, we teach an effortless, deep transcendental meditation practice. Students are initiated into a personal mantra and given comprehensive instruction on how to artfully use their mantra to access the stillness within. This ancient technique offers a powerful tool to help us to navigate the complexities of life with grace and clarity. Getting comfortable with the uncomfortable uncertainties of life.

 

The practice includes breathwork, an invitation to more energy and an antidote for when we are feeling burnout, lethargic, exhausted, uninspired, overwhelmed and fatigued.

 

Mastering the flow of life as we unlock more and more potential. Kriya yoga, mantra, ayurveda and community support all assist with living in harmony with the natural rhythms of nature for optimal health and wellbeing.

 

Rest and stillness creates the fertile soil our creative lives need for ideas and imagination to grow. With each conscious breath and purposeful movement, we align ourselves with the divine flow of existence.

Your teacher

Lara takes her many years as a student of the ancient wisdom traditions of India and brings these teachings into the modern context. 

 

Lara will empower you with the tools to attune to your true self - supporting you to experience a deep sense of trust in your own inner wisdom and divine guidance system. Cultivating a life of clarity, energy, creativity & happiness.

 

Lara has completed her training as an initiator of Sattva Meditation and has been practicing this life altering technique herself for over 7 years, together with Sattva Yoga, Kriya & breathwork teacher training, enabling her to share many powerful techniques from the Himalayan traditions of India, including Kriya Yoga, Pranayama (breathwork), mantra, asana and more.

 

Lara is also mentored by Donna McCormick - Master Spectrum Healer & teacher, through this mentorship, Lara has been able to tap further into an ability to listen and understand more deeply, allowing her to support at more personal level to clear any resistance.

 

From a busy corporate career of 10+ years, taking time our for motherhood, to running a business - Lara draws on all her life experience and couples it with her traditional training to offer those who work with her, a deeply transformative experience.
